About Dr. Rex Mann

Dr Mann grew up in Nebraska, Texas, and New Mexico moving with his Dad's jobs in the oil field. He did his undergraduate studies at Baylor University and went to medical school at Texas Tech Health Sciences Center. He did his residency at TTUHSC in Family Practice.
He earned his medical degree in 1982, married his wife Donna in 1984, and moved to Perryton to set up his practice in 1985. He has been board certified by the Academy of Family Practice since 1985, is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice and the Texas Medical Association.
He speaks medically related Spanish.
Dr Mann has met the new requirements to be certified as an approved physician to perform the DOT (Department of Transportation) physicals.
He enjoys being able to care for multigenerational familes. His interests are preventive medicine, sports medicine, obstetrics and pediatrics.
They have three children that grew up in Perryton, and now 7 grandchildren.
During his free time, Dr Mann enjoys hunting, fishing, and photography.
